– Information Collection and Use

URBANE CAFE is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. URBANE CAFE collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

URBANE CAFE’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement describes how and when we collect, use and share your information across our websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services, and the like that link to this Policy.

Commerce Services

You may provide your payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address (collectively, “Payment Information”), along with your shipping address, to complete a commerce transaction through our online ordering system. To facilitate future purchases, we may store your Payment Information (excluding CVV code) and shipping address, which you can remove from your account at any time. We consider your Payment Information and shipping address private and do not make such information public. To facilitate order fulfillment, we collect and store information created by your purchases made through our online ordering system. Transaction data from such sales may include the merchant’s name and the date, time, and amount of the transaction.

Opting-Out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor.

Information provided at the time of Registration or submission from a guest who is 13 years of age or over may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by URBANE CAFE and our affiliates or companies that have been prescreened by URBANE CAFE. In consideration of URBANE CAFE’s continuing efforts to enhance and improve these products and to respond to feedback from users, you agree to transfer such ideas, concepts, know-how and techniques to URBANE CAFE without any compensation. You agree to execute any and all documents that URBANE CAFE may reasonably request in connection with confirming URBANE CAFE’s ownership of and unlimited right to use such ideas, concepts, know-how and techniques.

– Promotions

To participate in our promotions, if any, you may be asked to provide an email address or screen name, so that we can let you know if you won a prize. For such URBANE CAFE promotions, we may request your name and home address in order to send you products or information by regular mail. Persons under 13 years of age may not participate in any promotions offered by URBANE CAFE.

“Forum” means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function that may be offered as part of the URBANE CAFE site. You may also make a verifiable consumer request or do not sell request on behalf of your minor child.

If you wish to have an Authorized Agent make a request on your behalf, they will need to provide us with sufficient written proof that you have designated them as your Authorized Agent and we will still require you to provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information.

9. Use of IP Address
