Focaccia bread has been around since the ancient Romans, but the focaccia we make your sandwiches with is less than 30 minutes old. That’s right. We prepare the dough from scratch each morning.
When it’s time, we roll it out, sprinkle with sea salt and brush with extra virgin olive oil and garlic before baking at 375 degrees in our open-fire hearth, right before your eyes.
The result? Fresh, warm, delicious bread that’ll keep you coming back for more.
We prepare our fresh cuts of all-natural, hormone-free meats each day, grilling, baking or roasting for optimum taste and tenderness. And then we wait for you to arrive before carving each slice. It’s a little more work for us this way, but it’s a much better sandwich for you. And that’s what we’re all about.
